2.1 Scope of Services

Happy Dental Sdn Bhd provides a range of dental services, including but not limited to preventive care, restorative treatments, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontics.

2.2 Appointments

* Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system.

* Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

* If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

3. Patient Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested by the Clinic, including health history and contact details.

3.2 Compliance with Instructions You agree to follow the instructions provided by your dental care provider, including pre- and post-treatment care.

 

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

* All fees for services will be communicated to you before treatment begins.

* Prices are subject to change without notice but will be clearly communicated before the commencement of any treatment.

4.2 Payment Terms

* Payment for services is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

* We accept all major credit and debit cards for online payments, including MasterCard, Master, Visa, and Qr Transfer.

4.3 Insurance

* If you have dental insurance, we will assist in processing your claims.

* You are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 General To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Dental Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

* Your use or inability to use our services.

* Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

7.2 Medical Disclaimer The information provided by Happy Dental Sdn Bhd is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Act 2005 as amended by the Arbitration (Amendment) Act 2011 (Arbitration Act), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

 

10. Change of Contact Details

Please communicate to Happy Dental Sdn Bhd any change of contact details so that we can always provide updated treatment information and changes and reminders of your appointment with us.

 

11. Cancellation of Courses of Treatment by Happy Dental Sdn Bhd

Sometimes appointment times and dates may need to be changed for unavoidable reasons. Happy Dental Sdn Bhd will make every reasonable effort to give our patients as much notice as possible. However, our maximum liability will be limited to a refund of the advance payment fee ONLY if a mutually convenient appointment cannot be agreed. Refunds will be made by the method in which the treatment booking was paid. We will not accept liability for any additional costs or losses incurred by a patient or organizations, which are claimed to have arisen through treatment cancellation. We reserve the right to vary arrangements for the delivery of a treatment plan and in such cases will make reasonable efforts to inform patients in advance.

Happy Dental Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Clinic’s website.
